REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

All Crystal Jewelry is final sale. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please use the contact page or email icon, each situation will be solved on a case by case basis. Your feedback is always welcome. 

DAMAGES

Products can be replaced with a product of equal value if there is damage upon arrival. Claim must be expressed within 7 days of order arrival.

If products  become damaged after purchase they can be repaired or replaced for a fee. The fee will depend on amount of damage and repairs needed.  Please use the contact page or email icon, each situation will be solved on a case by case basis.  Customer pays return shipping.  

Meet ups are available for certain areas in the DMV. 

SHIPPING

Processing takes 1-7 business days. Some products are made to order and can take about 1-2 weeks for creation and shipping. For details on your order please use the contact tab.

Shipping is first class USPS and usually takes 1-4 business days in the continental US.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom and special orders require a deposit of half the total price to begin. Payment plans are available.

Customers have 30 days from the order completion date to complete payment. If payment is not complete during this time period, the order will be marked as abandoned. Deposits are non-refundable.
